We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Household Manager & Nanny to join our family in Ann Arbor. This is a balanced position — split between high-level household operations and attentive childcare for our two children.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can seamlessly transition between managing the finer details of our home and providing a warm, engaging environment for our kids.
👧 Childcare Responsibilities
- Transportation — Reliable school pick-ups and occasional drop-offs.
- Flexibility — Availability for occasional weekend evening childcare.
- Engagement — Safe and nurturing supervision during transition times and evenings.
🏡 Household Management
- Laundry Management — Complete laundry (wash, dry, fold, and put away) for the household.
- Light Housekeeping — Maintain common areas — tidying, dusting, dishes, and keeping children's spaces organized between weekly cleaning service visits.
- Home Operations — Manage household supplies and errand running as needed.

- Reliability — Excellent time management and a consistent, professional track record.
- Proactivity — The ability to see what needs to be done and take initiative.
- Attention to Detail — High standards for housekeeping and laundry organization.
